請會員應徵港鐵「EmpowerZ」計劃

港鐵「EmpowerZ」青年就業先導計劃專門為來自不同族裔(尤其是非華裔)及或殘疾人士(包括特殊學習需要人士)而設,透過提供爲期1年(由2025年8月至2026年8月)的全職工作機會,培養他們的職場技能,以推動他們的事業發展。

本計劃的參加者將在指定部門獲取紮實的工作經驗,並會有職場導師、夥伴及專責團隊提供支援,協助他們發揮個人潛能。透過各種工作坊和活動,參加者能掌握職場技能及建立自信心。申請者最多可以填寫3個職位類別的選擇。計劃完結後,如果獲取錄者的工作表現理想,可獲考慮轉為長期聘用。

本計劃的申請截止日期為2025年4月7日 (星期一) 。歡迎符合以下條件的會員透過網上遞交申請:

1)持有學士學位或副學士學位或同等學歷及,
